Your role & responsibilities
  • Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients; understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable plans

  • Manage project workflows across internal teams and external suppliers (especially KOLs/influencers) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget

  • Lead client briefings, build strategic proposals, and present campaign plans with confidence and clarity

  • Handle quotations, budgets, and project P&L with precision and transparency

  • Ensure alignment between creative, production, and media teams to achieve client KPIs

  • Foster long-term client relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts

  • Maintain strong vendor and KOL networks to support executional excellence

Your skills & qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in an agency setting (advertising, influencer marketing, or integrated communications)

  • Proven track record of managing campaigns involving KOLs, talents, and high-profile brand clients

  • Strong client-facing skills — professional, articulate, and solution-oriented

  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)

  • Confident in proposal writing, strategic thinking, and pitching ideas

  • A good eye for aesthetics and a passion for brand storytelling

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Team-oriented with leadership potential and training capabilities.
