2. Mô tả công việc:

IT Helpdesk  hỗ trợ người dùng cuối(end user) bằng cách cài đặt, xử lý sự cố, lỗi liên quan đến phần mềm, phần cứng, đường truyền Internet, hướng dẫn người dùng cuối kiến thức cơ bản về cách phòng chống virus bảo mật an toàn thông tin

Your role & responsibilities
  • Provide support and answer end-user inquiries via phone and supported communication applications (e.g., Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues for end users.
  • Identify the root causes of technical problems, including hardware, software, user access rights, and network-related issues.
  • Advise end users on appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between end users and the IT Department for IT-related matters.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Install and support operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VMware environments, etc.
  • Support and administer Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
  • Work directly with end users on application software projects and deployments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for operational and future reference purposes.
  • Conduct onboarding and on-site IT training for new employees across departments.
  • Provide training and awareness programs on information security, virus prevention, cybersecurity threats, and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Department Manager.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new knowledge and skills.
  • Careful, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with a polite and patient approach when supporting end users.
  • Honest, with a strong awareness of information security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
