Position: IT Project Coordinator

Department: IT Division

Report to: Senior Manager

Your role & responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of IT projects and internal projects.
  • Support project planning, including scope, timeline, resources, and project milestones.
  • Track project implementation status, consolidate risks and issues, and propose solutions.
  • Prepare project management reports, progress dashboards, and IT KPI reports.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and update project documentation; participate in project acceptance and post-project reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of project management processes and templates within the IT department.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in roles such as PMO, Project Coordinator, IT Project Support, or similar project management support positions.
  • This position requires relevant working experience; fresh graduates or candidates without related experience are kindly advised to consider carefully before applying.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes, including project planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management, and reporting.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and progress tracking skills, with the ability to prepare project reports and dashboards.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a multi-project environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in building or standardizing project management processes and documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Banking, Finance, Securities, or Fintech industries is a plus.

  • Time: Mon to Fri, 8AM-5PM
  • Location: Level 3, TNR building, 180-192 Nguyen Cong Tru, Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC
