Your role & responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a professional sales team to meet business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Drive and achieve sales targets through strategic support programs and initiatives.
  • Key Account Management: Directly manage and provide high-level support to key corporate accounts and oversea customers.
  • Professional Presentations: Create and deliver high-impact, professional presentations on products and services to high-level corporate stakeholders.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct product and skill training for the internal sales team, distributors, and retailers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors (BOD) and other departments to refine sales strategies and achieve better results.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Water Purifier, Healthcare, or Home Appliance industries.
  • Proven B2B Network: Must possess solid and proven connections/contacts in the B2B industry. Direct access to decision-makers in Hotels, Hospitals, and Large Corporates is essential (Focus is on Tier-1 clients; SME experience is not required).
  • Professional Skills: Exceptional professional presentation skills with the ability to influence and close deals at the corporate level.
  • AI skills (advantage)
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations and resolve objections effectively.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory to communicate with and support international clients/partners.
  • Attributes: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales growth.

Benefits
  • Compensation: Base Salary from 15,000,000 VND + Attractive Commission + KPI bonuses.
  • Insurance and Annual Leave provided in accordance with Vietnam Labor Laws.
