Recruitment & Onboarding (Network Expansion)
- Hunting & Networking: Proactively identify, approach, and negotiate contracts with potential Creators across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Growth Commitment: Take full ownership of roster quantity and quality, with a specific KPI target of 30–40 creators in 2026.
- Lead Management: Allocate leads, set KPIs for the Account team, and monitor daily progress to ensure conversion efficiency.
- Key-Account Handling: Directly engage in persuading and managing high-profile or complex Creator cases.
Operation & Management (Operational Excellence)
- Roster Operations: Manage the entire Creator portfolio post-onboarding, ensuring seamless and continuous engagement between Creators and the company.
- Process Standardization: Develop and optimize professional workflows, covering everything from Onboarding and Reporting to long-term Follow-up/Retention.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Creators.
Commercial & Sales (Revenue Maximization)
- Matching & Consulting: Propose and consult on the most suitable Creators for each client brief or campaign.
- Cross-selling: Collaborate closely with the TAL Business Team to maximize sales opportunities and integrated solutions.
- Rate Card Optimization: Build, update, and optimize Rate Cards based on actual performance data and market fluctuations.
- Proactive Pitching: Actively "pitch" Creators into internal projects and external brand campaigns to drive commercial value.
