Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
Actively source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, personal networks, referrals, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market research on talent trends and propose improvements for recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company culture.
Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure hiring effectiveness.
Provide administrative support (HR administration) as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals).
Good understanding of IT job roles and market trends.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
