Your role & responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.

  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, personal networks, referrals, and social media.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct market research on talent trends and propose improvements for recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company culture.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure hiring effectiveness.

  • Provide administrative support (HR administration) as needed.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in IT recruitment

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals).

  • Good understanding of IT job roles and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.

  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
