1. General task

• HR Activities

• • Regular cooperate with HR about reconciliation salary payable, insurance and PIT 
• Accounting

• • Perform all work related to accounting for the company: revenues, liabilities, expenses, monthly salary, and monthly financial report.
  • Perform accounting tasks on software and make the financial and accounting reports on the company's system.
  • Work with external accounting services, auditors, and tax authorities to perform related bookkeeping tasks and all the bookkeeping tasks for the company.
  • Execute payment orders and work with banks when related transactions.
  • Process tax declaration and settlement of various quarterly and annual taxes (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...)
  • Support other teams to give instructions for accounting treatment if need

2. Report

• Ensure all the reports come out on time
• Provide timely and accurate reports of financial information to Management.

3. Other as assigned

• Other accounting tasks as requested by Management.

1. Knowledge expert

• Graduating from University or higher majoring in Economics, Finance, Accountant.
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience in the same position in foreign companies.

2. Skills

• Strong analytical and English communication skills is a must
• Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (VN & international, IFRS) and Tax.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize and work independently
