We are looking for a Marketing Director to join the ATALINK team. We are seeking a Marketing Director to create strategy, implement tools, and drive a marketing roadmap for our program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams. You will deliver marketing communications to drive awareness, generate demand, and complete associated results reporting. You must be comfortable communicating strategy, results, and insights to various stakeholders at all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success leading marketing communications in the Supply Chain Management (B2B). The right candidate also has strong communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. - Build best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns, messaging programs, and materials tailored to our customers that support project goals
- Develop detailed campaign project plans, including messaging, content, calls to action, segmentation strategy, and campaign schedule
- Identify key audience segments to target with communication of the appropriate messages, on the right channels, at the right time
- Work independently and with designers and agencies to develop content (copy, visual, video)
- Monitor, analyze, and identify opportunities to further project priorities
- Analyze and report on performance metrics of campaigns and set up test plans to improve results
- Track marketing best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, Ecommerce marketing role
- Proven ability to engage and build confidence among multiple process-driven customer audiences
- Ability to analyze data and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions identify opportunities’, and assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business

- 5 - 7+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing designing and building demand generation programs and events
- Demand generation experience in high-technology companies, ideally in cloud and/or enterprise software space
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
