Project & Development Coordination

• Manage and track GitHub Issues 
• Monitor development progress and project schedules 
• Follow up on blockers and delays 
• Coordinate development activities between Developer teams and QA teams 
• Support sprint planning and daily standup meetings 

Issue & Delivery Management

• Track issue status from Development → QA → Delivery 
• Ensure issues are properly documented and updated 
• Assist in release preparation and delivery coordination 
• Prepare project status reports for management 

Communication

• Coordinate communication among Developers, QA, PM, and Customers 
• Organize project meetings and follow-up actions 
• Help clarify development requirements and technical inquiries

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development, QA, Technical Support, or Project Coordination 
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, or similar issue tracking tools 
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers 
• Good organizational and documentation skills 

Nice to Have

• Agile / Scrum experience 
• Experience working with international teams 
• Korean language skills are a plus
