Receive payment requests, check whether the information and attached documents are complete and meet the requirements, and enter them into the system for tracking.
Enter invoices into MISA, ensuring that all incurred invoices are received and fully recorded.
Check and confirm input invoices for other departments before officially issuing them.
Categorize payment requests by due date for approval and prepare for each payment batch.
Prepare accounts payable reports by aging and projected cash flow reports for each payment batch.
Update the payment status of payment requests in the system and notify relevant departments per regulations. Enter bank balances into MISA, ensuring accurate and complete accounting of all incurred payments.
Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and completely within the committed time in the accounting software.
Ensure the proper storage of accounting documents for all transactions per the company's accounting department regulations.
Identify data risks and report them to the Board of Directors for solutions.
Manage the payment approval process for incurred expenses and proactively notify the Board of Directors about the budget status.
Report as required by the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors.
